Panel Clamps offer the
professional woodworker a dedicated gluing station. Each
size Panel Clamp features 5 gluing levels.
JLT clamps easily
lift out and slide side to side when necessary. All three
Panel Clamps are manufactured with heavy gage steel tubing
which will support even the largest panel. Every Panel Clamp
is vertically reinforced to provide a very level horizontal
plane to produce a flat panel. The Panel Clamp is angled at
20° to the operator for easy access.
JLT
pneumatically operated Door Clamps are engineered to quickly
and accurately clamp then square your cabinet door. Other
products such as doweled mitre doors, windows, face frames,
shutters, picture frames, etc. are possible candidates for
the Door Clamp. (Call our office to discuss these
possibilities). The ‘draw’ clamps (the clamps in the front
of the machine) feature rollers for easy adjustment.
JLT pneumatic diaphragm cylinders are capable of producing
up to 1600# of force. Most cabinet makers will set the PSI
at 40 to produce 800# of pressure. JLT Door Clamps are
constructed of our own special roll formed steel and heavy
gage steel tubing. These machines are simple to use, easy to
maintain, reliable and efficient. |
